Order Acceptance & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method selected, your billing and shipping details are correct, you understand that order confirmation does not equal shipment confirmation, orders may be cancelled if payment fails, information is incomplete, or fraudulent activity is detected.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed. Sukanang is not responsible for delays caused by courier processing, weather, holidays, or unforeseen issues, incorrect or incomplete address details.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct. Additional charges due to returned parcels or address corrections will be borne by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges only if the product received is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival, the issue is reported within 3 days of delivery, the item remains unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original packaging and tags. We do not accept returns for change of mind, slight color differences due to screen display, damage caused after use or washing and approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
