Q: When will my order be processed?

All confirmed orders are packed and handled on the next working day (Monday–Friday).


Q: What if I place my order on a weekend or Public Holiday?

Orders placed during weekends or Public Holidays will only be processed on the next business day.


Q: How are shipping fees calculated?

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address and selected courier option.


Q: What should I check before placing an order?

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Sukanang is not responsible for delayed or lost parcels caused by incorrect information.


Q: What if my parcel is returned due to an invalid address?

Re-delivery fees will apply. We will contact you before resending the parcel.


Q: Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, email/whatapps us immediately. Address changes can only be made if the parcel has not been shipped yet. Once the parcel is in transit, the address cannot be modified.


Q: How long does delivery usually take?

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 3–5 business days
  • Sabah & Sarawak: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–10 business days

Q: Can delivery times vary?

Yes. Shipping duration may differ due to your location, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.


Q: Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.


Q: What if my parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all?

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, contact us within 2 days and include your order number, photos (if applicable), and relevant details. We will assist you as quickly as possible.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Q: Are customs duties and taxes included in my order?

No. Import duties, taxes, or any customs charges are determined by your country’s customs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.


Q: Does Sukanang cover customs fees or delays?

Unfortunately, we do not cover or control customs-related charges or processing delays.


Q: What happens if I refuse to pay the customs charges?

If the parcel is abandoned, rejected, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be issued.

Please reach out to your local customs office for information on potential charges.
