Q: Are sale items returnable?

A: No. Sale, promotion, clearance, and limited edition items are not eligible.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

Sukanang pays for defective/wrong items

Customer pays for any other approved cases


Q: What happens after I return the item?

Once inspected, we will:

Send a replacement, OR

Allow an exchange, OR

Issue a refund if replacement is unavailable.


Q: How long does the process take?

Return & refund process takes 5–14 working days after we receive the item.
